This policy explains what Substox does with information about the people who visit it. The short version: we do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell anything about you, and the only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional subject, and your message. That is sent to us by email so we can reply. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are generated by the hosting platform for security and troubleshooting, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
Substox sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no third-party ad network on this site.
The search box stores its company index in your browser's local storage so repeat searches are fast. That data never leaves your device, contains no personal information, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party content
Some pages embed short videos from TikTok. When an embed loads, TikTok can see your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Pages without embeds make no third-party requests at all.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. Substox does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights stand. Email substox2025@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Children
Substox is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as account numbers through the contact form.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning Substox may earn a commission if you go on to open an account or make a purchase. This never affects what our data says about a company, and it costs you nothing.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
